Not Everyday Is Christmas

Christmas, the end of the year is here, much has happened. There have been good and bad times, we have experienced highs and lows. All of that doesn’t matter now, now it’s all about spending time with those who matter, family and friends. Many will travel a great distance just to be with those who matter to them. Whether things are good or bad, most look forward to this time.


This is the time when we let go of everything and just enjoy ourselves and our loved ones. We focus on the positives and not the negatives. We are full of hope concerning our lives. It is the time when we celebrate life.
We do our best to send cards to all those who matter to us, we send gifts even. We say thank you to all that have touched us during the year. We appreciate the people that are in our lives for being there.
Even the most selfish of people want to give during this season. People care more, give more, help more, love more, serve more and share more just because it is Christmas!
We serve the best meals and even send some to our neighbors. We invite our colleagues and their families over. We host parties just to celebrate each othe

Have you heard the expression “not every day is Christmas?”
How I wish every day was Christmas.
If only everyone would keep this spirit of love and walk in it before and after Christmas. If only we would focus on the positives in our lives every day. You don’t have to wait till it’s Christmas to give, to show the people in your life how much they mean to you. You don’t have to wait till it’s Christmas to look beyond yourself. We all need some loving every day, not only during Christmas.
Who said every day can’t be Christmas? For you, it can be if you choose it to be. You can choose to give more, love more, share more, help more, care more, and serve more every day! You can choose to focus on the good and not the bad every day! You can choose to always appreciate the ones in your life for being there! You can choose to be full of hope concerning your life every day!


As parents you can decide that your house will be the only place where your kids want to be every day.
As children you can decide that your house will be the only place where your parents want to be every day.
As friends you can decide to be the best person anyone will want to hang with every day.
As lovers you can decide to be all your partner wants every day. To give so much love, care and attention like it was your last day.
